I move frequently for work, so finding a rental property that is suitable for my family is not always an easy task. My wife and I searched for a couple of weeks to no avail for a place that would accommodate a daily work drive along with the needs of two toddlers. Enter Genevieve.

Genevieve found us a number of potential houses within the first several hours following our initial conversation. She remained very accessible over the next few days as we chose a home. She was very helpful in guiding us through the process of what to expect and what was fair, and even handled the negotiations. She handled all documentation and was unbelievably efficient in regards to facilitating the entire process. In four days total she landed us a place, and we were able to access and move.

We are completely satisfied with the experience we had with Genevieve. If everyone were as professional, courteous, friendly, efficient, and competent as her life for everyone would be so much better. Thank you Genevieve.

Genevieve made home buying so much easier to navigate as a first time buyer! She helps you step by step and is always timely in her responses to questions and communications via phone text and email. Which is super important with how fast paced the real estate market is these days. I would select the homes that caught our eye and send the addresses to her in the evening and have the details for the houses features, flaws, seller disclosure sent to me in the morning. She makes you feel like her top priority and really helped us when it came time for negotiations. She's tenacious persistent and yet polite and sweet.
